New items and new working machining have been introduced to enrich our range of products, experience, and new mechanical and technically advanced process.We are working to adding new machineries, different from those already existing, in order to expand and improve mechanical processing that could be used in various industrial sector.
With great satisfaction we are realizing more and more complex processes for items with measures higher than those normally managed as the “terminal body” in the photo, made of TM A479 F316L (stainless steel) with an external Ø 125 weighing 2.05 kg. (once finished) starting from a blank weighing 7.20 kg.
More than one machinery is used for the realization of this product which involves different phases and criticalities, such as the realization of the phonometric lines, the front grooves and the internal and external inclined profile which must keep a constant thickness of 6 mm rays and the same inclinations.
These are the machineries used: recovery lathe and machining center.
